Robert W. Spies is a principal at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the firm's Strategic Resource Group.  Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Spies was a senior product marketing manager at Vistaprint leading product development and go-to-market activities for a top category.  Prior to that, he was a consultant and case team leader at The Monitor Group focused on marketing and sales strategy.

Mr. Spies earned a B.A., magna cum laude, in Economics and Architectural Studies from Tufts University, and an MBA, with high distinction, from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
